Accept-all, also known as a “Catch-all,” is a domain-wide setting where all emails on this domain will be reported as a catch-all. There is no definitive way to determine whether this email is valid. DeBounce has unique methods to validate accept-all emails.
Catch-all Servers That DeBounce Can Validate
Validate QQ.com and Mail.ru Emails
QQ.com (also foxmail.com) and Mail.ru (also list.ru, bk.ru and inbox.ru) domains are Accept-all and this is why all email validation services are not able to validate these domains (Read full article: What is a "Catch-all" or "Accept-all").
